I have been a self employed personal trainer for 3 years now and have worked with people of all backgrounds and experience levels.
In my years as a personal trainer, I have helped people go from complete beginners to competing in powerlifting events, running marathons & completing fitness races such as ATHX & Hyrox
I tailor my service to every client on an individual basis. However, my programmes are always centred around key philosphies
My philosophies are pretty simple
