Hi, I'm Jason
I’m Jase — an in-person personal trainer based at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh.

I work mainly with people who want to get stronger, fitter, and more confident in the gym, but who don’t want fitness to take over their entire life.

Most of my clients aren’t trying to be athletes. They just want to feel better, train properly, and know that what they’re doing actually makes sense.

How I Coach

My approach is pretty simple.
I focus on:
-
Strength training that’s appropriate for you
-
Progress you can maintain, not just short-term results
-
Clear plans, realistic expectations, and honest feedback

I’m not big on extremes, fitness fads, or overcomplicating things.
If something works consistently and keeps you progressing, I’m interested. If it doesn’t, I’m not.

What You Can Expect

When you train with me, you can expect:
-
Sessions that are planned properly — not made up on the spot
-
Coaching that’s clear, calm, and supportive
-
A focus on doing things well, not just working up a sweat
-
Adjustments made around your work, stress, and recovery

The goal is to help you build confidence in the gym and progress week to week — without burning yourself out.

Who I’m Best Suited For

I’m a good fit if you:
-
Want guidance and structure with your training
-
Appreciate honest advice rather than hype
-
Are happy playing the long game

I’m probably not the right coach if you’re only looking for quick fixes or extreme transformations in a few weeks.
Why I Do This

I’ve been training for a long time, and I’ve seen what actually keeps people consistent.
Most people don’t need more motivation — they need clarity, reassurance, and a coach who knows when to push and when to pull back.

That’s the job I enjoy doing.

If that sounds like the kind of coaching you're after

Get in touch and we can chat through whether we would be a good fit.
