As someone who had never really been to the gym before, I signed up to some PT sessions with Jase in September 2022 with a plan to get a month of weight training guidance before continuing on myself. 12 months later, I’m still here!

Jase’s laid back and flexible approach has been perfect - the focus is on building sustainable habits as opposed to destroying yourself for short term gains. Working in the NHS, I have a hectic and unpredictable schedule, and Jase has shown me that it’s possible to stick to some sort of workout routine despite this. He has been incredibly patient on some of the dodgier post-nightshift sessions!

I would absolutely recommend Jase to anyone - whether you’re a complete newbie to weight training or just looking for some extra guidance.
