I work with individuals who value structured training, long-term progress, and developing confidence in the gym. This includes beginners looking to build strong foundations, as well as experienced lifters who want a clear plan and consistent progression without unnecessary complexity.

My services include in-person personal training and online programming. In-person coaching focuses on technique, strength development, and building the skills needed to train independently over time. Online programming is aimed at those who already train consistently and want a well-structured, performance-led plan supported by ongoing guidance.

Regardless of the service, the approach remains the same: simple, effective training, clear reasoning behind every decision, and a long-term plan built around the individual rather than trends.
