My coaching is built around a strength and performance-led approach that prioritises results and sustainability. The focus is not just on what you lift, but on how you feel physically and mentally, how your body moves, and how confidently you progress within the gym environment.

Enjoyable, Sustainable Training

The first priority is making training enjoyable and sustainable. Sessions are designed to be straightforward, effective, and easy to execute. When training is something you look forward to rather than dread, long-term consistency becomes far more achievable — and consistency is what drives lasting results.

Education & Independence
​
My goal is to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to train independently, should that be your aim. Rather than simply prescribing exercises, I explain why each movement is included, how it contributes to your goals, and how it benefits you in the long term. This ensures you understand your training and feel confident both during and beyond your time coaching with me.
​
Accessory work is programmed with intent — addressing mobility limitations, improving range of motion in the major lifts, strengthening weak points, and reducing the likelihood of future injury.

Structured Long-Term Programming
​
Training is delivered through structured mesocycles tailored to your current ability, recovery capacity, and lifestyle. These phases may include volume-focused blocks, technical development, strength phases, and a planned peak once per year. Each block builds on the last, forming a cohesive long-term plan rather than isolated or reactive sessions.

Ongoing Support
​
Coaching support is available via WhatsApp or phone, allowing you to ask questions, discuss progress, and receive guidance whenever needed. You are supported throughout the process — not just during sessions.
