A strength and performance based approach where we focus on what matters - how you feel within yourself, how your body feels inside and out, and the progression in the gym.

Goal one is making session as enjoyable as possible, I will keep things simple and make them easy for you to execute. If you enjoy it, you are far more likely to stick to it.
I promise to have you in a position where you can navigate the gym environment without my support after a few months, if thats your goal. I will not just subscribe exercises; I will explain why they are being done and how they benefit you in the long term. As well as this, accessory movements will be tailored to improving limited mobility, and Increasing range of motion in the major lifts and preventing future injury by addressing weak points.

Programming – Differing mesocycles including volume focused blocks, technique work, strength periods and working up to peaking phase once a year, choosing each block based off current conditions and ability to do so. Each block feeding into each other and having a plan over a year as opposed to spinning your wheels with zero plan.
